Michael Millis, M.D., is Professor of Surgery at the University of Chicago School of Medicine, and an authority in pediatric and adult liver transplant and surgery. Dr. Millis has been responsible for developing new surgical techniques for the liver which allowed UChicago able to perform the most liver transplants in the region. His research focuses on the potential for stem cells and hepatocyte transplant for the management of liver disease patients.
